The word “upmarket” isn’t usually associated with luxury apartments in the Northeast, but they’re everywhere in downtown Cleveland.

In fact, there are dozens of upscale apartments on the city’s streets and sidewalks.

Here are a few of the most well-known ones: One of Cleveland’s best known restaurants, The Cheesecake Factory, offers a three-bedroom unit for $1,300 per month.

That’s a good deal compared to other cities in the state, including New York City and Boston. 

Two-bedroom apartments in downtown can be a lot of money compared to a single, and even the smallest spaces can cost upwards of $1 million.

That could be a big reason why the average Cleveland apartment costs more than a comparable one in Manhattan, according to a recent report from real estate consultancy Knight Frank. 

The average Cleveland home is estimated to cost $1.6 million to $1 and a third of that amount is spent on the rent, according the report. 

And because the average apartment rents for a median of $3,000, the average income is around $22,000 in Cleveland, according a survey from Knight Frank conducted in 2014. 

But you can also live the high life in Cleveland and still be a well-off American.

The average rent for a two- or three-person apartment in Cleveland is $1 a month, and while there’s a significant amount of turnover in the market, the median household income in Cleveland sits at $65,000 a year. 

In fact , Cleveland has more apartments for sale than the entire nation combined, according to real estate website Zillow.com.

The top five U.S. cities with the highest number of available units are San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicago, Miami and Seattle.

First, if you want to make money, move quickly.

Renters are always looking for a home that they can quickly buy and move in to.

That means you should move in within a few months to get the best deal. 

Second, you’ll have to live in Cleveland.

This is especially true in Cleveland if you have a family. 

The average cost of a single-family home in Cleveland was $1.,834 in 2016 according to Zillows, while a two or three bedroom apartment in the city was around $2,903. 

That means you can spend less than half of what you might normally spend in Manhattan.

Fenton said he sees young professionals gravitating toward Cleveland because of the affordable housing, amenities and jobs. 

According to a survey conducted by the National Association of Realtors, young professionals in Cleveland ranked second to New York and Chicago as their favorite cities to live. 

Additionally, millennials are more likely to move back to the Northeast and more likely than their parents to have lived in Cleveland for a decade or more, according data from Zillower. 

For people in their 30s, 30s-to be, and older, moving to Cleveland is an attractive option because it’s affordable, according Fenton. 

If you’re looking for the cheapest rent in the entire Northeast, you can consider the Northeast’s most popular neighborhood, South Euclid, which has more than 1,000 apartments. 

South Euclid is located about four miles from Cleveland. 

You can also move to the East End, which sits at the intersection of Cleveland Avenue and Lake Street, which also has more affordable housing and good schools. 

This area also has the most millennials per capita, according Zilloview. 

With a median income of $45,000 and the most affordable rents, it’s the perfect place to move if you need to save money and have an idea of what your financial situation might look like.
