Lubbock apartment rents have doubled since I moved here in 2014.
I’ve been living in apartment blocks for over 20 years, and I think my new digs in Brisbane are going to be even better.
I’m not just a real estate investor, I’m also an Australian citizen.
I feel very comfortable here, and the people are very friendly and very welcoming.
But it’s not just about apartments.
I love the food.
There’s a lot of variety, but I also love the vibe of the city.
The vibe is a bit of a mixture of New York and Tokyo.
There is a very eclectic mix of people, and it is an amazing mix.
I want to be a part of that mix, so I am happy to be in Brisbane, and will always be a loyal resident.
What are some of the biggest challenges you faced when moving to Brisbane?
The biggest challenge is the lack of options in Brisbane.
There are so many places you can go, but you can’t find the right place to live.
When I moved in, I didn’t know that there were any apartments in Lubbocks area, and no one in Brisbane was talking about apartments either.
I felt like I had to do something for myself, so that I could make some money, and that’s what I did.
I started renting from the Brisbane apartment company, but they never paid me for a month.
They just paid me to come to work for them, and then they gave me the rent for the month.
Then, I could rent for another month, and they would pay me again.
That’s how it went for me.
I ended up working at the Brisbane City Council office for five years, so it’s a long-term contract that lasts 20 years.
That was really stressful for me, but at the end of the day, it paid for itself.
I had my money.
The most important thing was the opportunity to work with people who were so kind and so kind, and who wanted to help me with the apartment.
When did you first get involved in real estate?
I was working at a local property agency in a city, so when I moved there I had a real job.
I was also on a student loan at the time, and so it was a good opportunity to make money and have a real income, which I didnt have until I moved back home.
But I was very much in debt and it took me a while to get off of that, and to make some changes.
I made a lot more money during the first two years, but it’s been very difficult to get out of it.
It’s taken me a long time to get back on my feet, and after a while I’m just tired of it and have to be careful what I say and do.
How did you end up living in a block in Brisbane?
I moved from Sydney to Brisbane a few years ago, and when I arrived, I thought, “What the heck is this?
I’m getting married in a couple of weeks, and my husband is getting divorced soon.
How am I going to keep my rent affordable?”
I had two options, I can rent for two years or I can sell my apartment and move back to Sydney.
I didn´t want to do either, so after talking to a realtor and a friend who was a property agent, I decided to rent for a year and sell.
When the time came, I took my deposit and went to the agent to find out what my options were.
I wanted to do a long term lease, because I was happy here and I wanted my kids to go to school there.
So, I rented for a few months and then sold.
The first month I had it, I was renting for $1,200 per month, but after a month I was making $1.50 a day, and as a result, I felt really good about that decision.
Then I bought my first apartment for $2,000 a month, which made me feel like I was saving money.
I also bought a second apartment for the same price.
I then had a big financial crisis when I bought the second apartment, but then I managed to keep it up, so my rent is $1 per day now, and even then, it’s going up.
I did not have any money left over for food or anything like that.
You mentioned that you are a realist about your rent, but there are a lot people who are looking for cheap apartments.
How do you think about the real estate market in Australia, and what are some other real estate agents doing that you would recommend?
It’s not that I have a hard time recommending any real estate agent, because it is all too easy for people to buy a property and make it look like they are the best.
It can be a bit stressful to see people go through the same process as I did, and think,
